David Choe has really stepped in it. He created a number of murals at Facebook headquarters and was compensated with Facebook shares. Could he have guessed then, that these same shares will be worth upwards of 200 million dollars after the company’s initial public offering.

I became interested in Choe after I saw Thumbs Up! on Netflix. I’ve become a fan of his work, and he’s a truly interesting cat. I’m happy for him. From homeless, ex-con, graffiti artist, to respected artist with exhibits in LA. Now, making at least 200 million for painting the walls of a business. Fantastic.
